There are some museums that don&#8217;t participate\u00a0 but with <strong>over 1000 participating locations<\/strong> I am sure you can find one near you.<br \/>\nUse the interactive map to fine one near you:<br \/>\n<a href=\"http:\/\/www.smithsonianmag.com\/museumday\/venues\/\">http:\/\/www.smithsonianmag.com\/museumday\/venues\/<\/a><br \/>\nYou will need to sign up to get your free tickets and you will be limited to two tickets.<\/p>\n<p>Last year, for Museum Day 2013, Maricel and I went to the <a href=\"http:\/\/lizzadromuseum.org\/\" target=\"_blank\">Lizzadro Museum of Lapidary Art <\/a>in Elmhurst and I am happy to share a few photos.
